We delivered a future state architecture and design direction for a leading provider of clearing and settlement services. The vision is designed to bring 6 products together into a single platform, designed around the customers core business flow. The effort provided the foundation for a multi-year effort to implement the unified platform and migrate clients over. The objectives were reducing the cost of maintaining and enhancing diverse products, as well as improving the customer experience, make it easier to cross-sell products.

A Leading Provider of Trading Services

Designed a unified multi-asset class trading platform with client product team. Solution provides single (new) distribution/revenue channel for global markets products + services and simplifies access for clients while reducing costs through automation.  The platform brings together execution capability across multiple asset classes and enables federated development through the use of an FDC3 compliant framework that allows independent elements on the UI to communicate with each other.
