About the Product Resiliency Checkup
What is Product Resiliency?
Product resiliency is the ability to pivot or rapidly adjust your product to address fast changing market conditions or customer dynamics. In a volatile market, this can enable you to capitalize on market opportunities and quickly adjust to customer needs while your competition falls behind.
What is the Product Resiliency Checkup?
This checkup is designed to give you a quick look at the 7 essential domains of your product strategy that are needed to be able to weather rapid change.
Upon completion and submission of the checkup you will receive an overall Resiliency score and a high-level score for each domain area. The scores will give you a quick indication as to which areas you may need to assess further.
You can use your scores to define actions to increase the resiliency of your product strategy and roadmap. We’re available if you have questions or want a sounding board as you look at the next steps for your digital initiatives.
